2. Products and Custom Orders

Premade Hats

Premade hats are sold as-is. Product descriptions, photos, and sizing are provided to help you make an informed decision.

Custom Hats

Custom hats are made according to your specifications and limited to availability of products. Once an order is confirmed and paid for:

  • Changes cannot be made.

  • Please double-check spelling, colors, and sizing before submitting.

  • We reserve the right to refuse designs that contain offensive or copyrighted content.

3. Pricing and Payment

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments, and other payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Delivery Estimates: Vary by location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors.

5. Returns and Refunds

Premade Hats

No refunds or exchanges, all sales final.

Custom Hats

Due to the personalized nature of custom hats, all custom sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or there is a production error.
