Note: Shipping delays may occur during holidays or due to carrier issues. Custom hats have an extended shipping time especially when foiling is chosen. Up to 15 business days.

We currently ship in the United States.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
🚫 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
• We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
• For missing packages, email us and we’ll help coordinate with the carrier.
🏠 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you make an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
